06/7/26
This season isn’t about perfection or performance; it’s about stillness.
“Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!”
Psalms 46:10
In this season of my life, I am going through multiple transitions. And all I can say is my body is thrown off but in the best possible way. I am relearning and coming into alignment with firmly rooted authority.
As I am entering into this newness, I’ve faced so many insecurities, doubts, fears, etc…and some of those lies were old lies that I used to believe in the beginning of my walk. They’re lies like “this isn’t going to go well for you” “this situation isn’t going to work out” etc…
All these lies are rooted in fear but that fear is more deeply rooted in rejection. As some around me know, I dealt with the spirit of rejection very heavily before I gave my life to Christ and as He has been maturing me in this season; I can recognize parts of myself that still came to Him with that mindset of rejection.
Because I have a past that wasn’t rooted in Jesus, it takes a minute for the mind, body, nervous system to recognize a fully restored mindset. I think often in our faith; we can speak about deliverance and yes, that spirit was rooted out of me! But it’s the relearning and the transformation of my mind that took years to actually heal. [Romans 12:2].
And I know there’s still some other things I have to fully heal from but will come in His timing. I used to rush healing but now I recognize the beauty in seasons and there being a season for everything. That being said, this season has felt safe. I say that because His presence has felt safe and still! I truly did not realize; I feared the Lord in an unhealthy way! Because of rejection and many hardships, that often became my outlook on life and I hadn’t realized it until this year that I needed to root out something that was still alive within me!
It was a mindset that carried with me and I no longer want it to be there; it’s an unfruitful feeling and one that doesn’t truly help me in my walk. So in this next season, I am reminding myself that I am fully known seen and loved by my Father. And I’ll repeated that to myself daily!
I am tired of the performance and perfection within the faith that gives off this impression of maturity when it’s actually pride. I often believed if I said I was struggling, people would think I was less “Christian” but that’s not how it works. I am human and His daughter before I am anything else! And I will always make it my goal to help others to understand this as well!
And the stillness in this season has felt very peaceful; like a door that has been opened that I kept locked for years. It is a new found confidence and acceptance that I did not know I needed and I am going to fully embrace it! And embrace what He is doing in this season because He is building something so foundational in me that will be firm for years to come! So thank you Jesus!!!!!
But that’s all that’s on my brain today!! I pray all who read are edified by this and the Lord speaks to you in the stillness!

6/11/26 “my life changed in 3 weeks”
my life changed in 3 weeks.
becoming a small business owner, doing more content creation and creating/starting my personal brand all in 3 weeks has been overwhelming.
Let’s start from the beginning, so I was a preschool teacher for 4 years but in July of 2025; the leaders of our school, let all of us teachers know that the school would be closing down because…they had no money. Was I shocked? No! This job (though I loved it). Had many problems over the years and COVID made it really take a bad hit; with student attendance and finances the school was not flourishing!
That being said, I had to make peace with not being a teacher anymore! My job was tiring, tedious, overwhelming, I could go on but I won’t; even in all those things. I loved what I did! I loved those kids and pouring onto them but ultimately I knew it wasn’t where I was suppose to be anymore! I had plan on quitting…eventually…but I was forced to leave. I’ll call it a blessing in disguise even though it hurt!
So, I didn’t have a job for about a month after we close down. That was the weirdest month of my life. I then get a part time job…working with kids. Wasn’t my plan but I needed the money! I won’t get into the details of that job to respect the place but once again wasn’t the place for me!
Now we have the backstory done! By the power of the Lord I am walking into a new season of stewardship and responsibilities and it’s odd but peaceful!
I have different responsibilities but less stress! But I’m completely in love with the process! I can’t describe how I feel but after waiting for so long and to be in this season now. I can’t fully describe how that feels. It feels out of body, like it’s not meant for me. But I keep getting gentle reminders that I was made for such a time as this.
The vision keeps getting bigger! The Lord keeps pouring and I’m just swaying in His prosperity! That’s all I can say! That I am truly just moving by His presence.
I am in the beginning process of everything but it has already been so fruitful! I’m truly in awe. There’s so much more to come from this. So stay tuned!!!!
With love!
